As part of the King Sooper's / City Market rewards program, the Poudre Baseball Club, as a nonprofit 501c.3, earns financial support from those who shop at either of these stores. These rewards can either be used to lower individual players' baseball costs or support the Poudre Baseball general fund.

If you would like for your quarterly reward's to support an individual player's account, follow these direction:
All funds not reported will go into the Poudre Baseball Club's general fund.
Signing up is easy:
- Download the King Sooper's App from the App store.
- Either link your pre-existing King Sooper's card or create a new one (if you are a new customer).
- On the digital app, locate the "Community Rewards" in the menu located on the upper-left of the screen.
- Click on "Community Rewards". Here you will be able to search for "Poudre Baseball Club" or change your organization to "Poudre Baseball Club". You can also sign-up with the Poudre Baseball Club's EIN: 83-1331009.

If you would like for your quarterly reward's to support an individual player's account, follow these direction:
- Rewards are posted quarterly: January 1st-March 31st, April 1st-June 30th, July 1st-September 30th, and October 1st-December 31st. You will only be able to see your previous quarter's earnings. It does not keep a yearly total.
- Each quarter, take a screenshot of the quarter's earnings and email that screenshot to Shawn Pitts ([email protected]). The email should identify the player whose account will be credited in the subject line of the email.
All funds not reported will go into the Poudre Baseball Club's general fund.
